Owners, Abby and Kellieann are passionate, experienced, talented and friendly. Get to know the people behind the business, who are dedicated to making sure your needs are not only met, but exceeded.

Abby Tyner, Owner, LCSW-C
Co-Owner/ Founder
Abby is a licensed clinical social worker that has worked in the field of mental health for six years, practicing therapy for those six years. Abby is certified through the Maryland Board of Social Workers to supervise licensed master level clinicians who are seeking clinical licensure and currently supervises our Licensed Master level clinicians. She grew up Queen Anne's County, Maryland and went on for both her bachelor’s degree and her master’s degree in Social Work from Salisbury University. Abby began her career in mental health by working at an out-patient mental health agency providing office and school-based therapy in Queen Anne's County. Abby went on to be the program coordinator of a mobile crisis stabilization services program that served the five Mid-Shore Counties of the Eastern Shore and a school-based therapist in Talbot County, Maryland before returning back to Queen Anne's and opening Striving For Wellness Together with her twin sister, Kellieann. Her specialties include working with children, adolescents and families. Abby also has experience working with the 0-5 population in Early Head Start, Head Start and Family Center settings. Abby is a Certified TraumaPlay therapist and has completed Level I Trauma Training through the Lisa Ferentz Institute. Abby also has training in Theraplay and Sensorimotor Psychotherapy. Lastly, Abby is certified as a Youth Mental Health First Aid Instructor. Abby actively cheers on, empowers and supports her clients in the therapy process and hopes that you leave each session with increased knowledge, insight and motivation.

Kellieann Jones, Owner, LCSW-C
Co-Owner/ Founder
Kellieann is a licensed clinical social worker that has worked in the field of mental health for six years, practicing therapy for those six years. Kellieann is certified through the Maryland Board of Social Workers to supervise licensed master level clinicians who are seeking clinical licensure. She grew up Queen Anne's County, Maryland where she attended Queen Anne's County Public Schools. Kellieann then went on for both her bachelor’s degree and her master’s degree in Social Work from Salisbury University. Kellieann began her career in mental health by working at an out-patient mental health agency providing office and school-based therapy in Queen Anne's County. Kellieann then served schools in Caroline County, Maryland before returning back to Queen Anne's and opening Striving For Wellness Together. Her specialties include working with children, adolescents and families. Kellieann is a certified child and adolescent trauma professional and a certified TraumaPlay therapist. Kellieann actively empowers you in the therapy process and hopes that you leave each session feeling the best version of you.

Grace Wright, LCSW-C
Clinical Therapist
Grace is a licensed Social Worker providing individual and couples therapy. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Behavioral Science from Wilmington University, and Master of Social Work from Salisbury University. She is a Trauma Certified Clinician who specializes in helping individuals to recognize their ability to be the best version of themselves by developing self awareness, effective communication, and learning healthy strategies to manage symptoms of stress, anxiety, and depression. Grace has years of experience working in community mental health and medical settings helping individuals and families with experiences and challenges, such as terminal illness, grief/loss, relationship disruptions. She also comes with over 18 years of experience practicing therapeutic massage and holistic modalities as a Certified Massage Technician. Grace is joining our team as a part-time clinician both in office and via telehealth.

Allyson Wozniak, LMSW
Therapist
Ally is a licensed social worker who has experience providing psychotherapy to children, adolescents and adults. Ally graduated with both her Bachelors and Masters degree in social work from Salisbury University and has been focusing on assisting individuals with mental health needs on the eastern shore through outpatient mental health and psychiatric rehabilitation settings. Ally has completed the Lisa Ferentz Institute Level 1 Trauma Training and earned a Trauma certificate from this program. Ally is also certified in Mental Health First Aid and completed Safe Space training for the LGBTQ+ community. Ally enjoys bringing a variety of methods to therapy to ensure an organic therapeutic experience for her clients.

Katie Falls, LMSW
Therapist
Katie is an Eastern Shore native who was raised and still resides in Kent County, Maryland. Katie is a licensed social worker with a master's degree from the University of Maryland, Baltimore and has bachelor's degree in psychology from Salisbury University. Katie has internship experience from Talbot County Department of Social Services in the family preservation unit and at Sudlersville Elementary Schools Judy Center. Katie holds a certification as a trauma therapist. Katie is joining the team as a full-time clinician who will work in our office Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursdays. Katie will also be providing school-based services at Radcliffe School in Chestertown, Maryland.

Sarah Campbell, LCPC
Licensed Professional Counselor
Sarah is a licensed professional counselor that holds 5 state licenses; has worked in the field of mental health for 19 years and has practiced therapy for almost 17 years. She is certified to supervise unlicensed therapists. She grew up in Westchester County, New York and went on for both her bachelor’s degree and her master’s degree in Psychology from Millersville University, P.A. She moved to the Eastern Shore in 2014. Sarah began her career in mental health by working at an In-Patient Hospital and went on to provide therapy in a wide array of contexts including: mobile therapy with children; family therapy; outpatient therapy; individual, family and group therapies at a locked treatment facility for post-adjudicated adolescent females and finally, has worked with adults providing tele-health therapy for the last 2+ years. Her specialities include working with adolescents and adults ages 16 and older. Sarah is certified in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Eco-Systemic Structural Family therapy, and 7-Challenge’s Substance Use program. She is CBT, DBT and relationally trained, and uses all of these approaches in therapy. Sarah is an active participant in the therapy process and hopes that you leave each session with renewed insight, clarity, a goal, and energy. You deserve to feel your best.

Megan O'Connell
Front Desk Assistant
Megan joins the team with experience in customer service and early childhood education. Megan will be with Striving For Wellness Together full-time, Monday through Friday.
